Who we are

Tuelang is an online German-language academy. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email hello@tuelang.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name and email address.
• Booking details — the lesson time you choose and any notes you add.
• Payment details — handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics and advertising events (see “Cookies & tracking” below).

How we use it

To schedule and deliver your lessons, take payment, send you booking confirmations and calendar invites, respond to your messages, and measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third parties to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cal.com — scheduling and calendar invites.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Meta (Facebook) — advertising and conversion measurement.

Each processes your data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide its service to us.

Cookies & tracking

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to bookings and to improve our campaigns. It may set cookies and share limited event data (such as a page view or a completed booking) with Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide lessons, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@tuelang.com.
