Terms & Refund Policy

The trial lesson

A trial lesson is a single 60-minute, 1-on-1 online German lesson with a Tuelang teacher, priced at €15. When you book, you choose a time slot and pay in advance. You'll receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a video link.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and are charged at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 24 or more hours before your lesson for a full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours of the start time, or don't show up, and the lesson is non-refundable (we've reserved your teacher's time).
• If we ever need to cancel or reschedule and can't offer you a suitable alternative, you get a full refund.

To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or contact hello@tuelang.com. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Conduct

Lessons are a respectful, one-to-one learning space. We may decline or end a session, without refund, in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
